Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how くもん ("we", "us" or "our"), operated by GLASS, handles information in all apps and services that we provide on Google Play (each, the "App").

1. Information We Handle

The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number or postal address. The App handles the following information:

  1. Content you enter in the App, such as notes, schedules, budget records, game progress and settings.
  2. Photos stored on your device, the date, time and location recorded in those photos, and your device's location. This applies only to features that work with photos or maps, and only if you grant permission.
  3. Your Google account information. This applies only if you choose to use the backup feature with Google Drive.
  4. Advertising ID, IP address, device information (such as device model and OS version) and app usage information. This information is sent automatically for advertising and related purposes described in Section 4.

The information in items 1 to 3 above is stored only on your device or in your own Google Drive. It is never sent to our servers.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  1. provide the features of the App;
  2. display advertisements in the App;
  3. fix problems and improve the App; and
  4. respond to your inquiries.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not share your information with third parties, except:

  1. with your consent;
  2. when required by law; or
  3. through the third-party services described in Section 4.

4. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Apps that display advertisements use Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. Google AdMob may use information such as your Advertising ID to deliver ads and measure their performance. For details, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

The App also uses the following third-party services to provide its features:

5. Children's Privacy

We do not collect personal information from children. In apps whose target audience includes children, ads are served to all users with child-directed settings: personalized ads are not shown, and only ads suitable for general audiences are displayed.

6. Deleting Your Information

You can delete the App's information by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App. Backups saved to Google Drive can be deleted from your own Google Drive.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
